Chalgrove Primary, wish to appoint an assistant administrator to support the school office manager, deputy head and inclusion manager starting in July 2018.
The successful person will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and a friendly telephone manner. They will need to be flexible and efficient with strong time management skills and excellent attendance and punctuality.
The main area of responsibility will be monitoring attendance, ordering resources, arranging educational visits, checking Free School Meals eligibility, daily lunch numbers, banking, booking training for staff as well as other administrative tasks. To be considered for this post the candidate must also be able to demonstrate expertise in MS Office including Excel and an ability to type, have experience of working in an office and have some knowledge of financial procedures.
