(flexible but a minimum of 5 to be worked on a Monday)
Grade C (£20136.00-£21198.00 per annum, pro rata)

Foulds is a warm, friendly and inclusive school situated in High Barnet. We are looking for a part time admin person who would work closely with our SENCO for 6 hours a week, as well as working in the school office for 2.5 hours on a Monday. We would welcome applicants who are:

- Enthusiastic, welcoming, calm, well-motivated and efficient
- Excellent at organisation and have good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicators both orally and in writing, as well as having a good telephone manner
- Able to work flexibly and under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritise
- A cheerful and dedicated team player as well as being able to cope with working on your own
- Able to use a computer effectively e.g. Microsoft Office

The post requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion. The work includes:
- 6 hours a week administrative work and secretarial support for the SENCO Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher (there is flexibility with regard to days and times but minimum of 2.5 to be worked on Mondays)
- 2.5 hours a week (Mondays) in the school office for general reception duties and ordering of stock
- Liaising with staff, parents and outside agencies

If you have proven office experience and would like to work as part of our team we would love to hear from you. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
