Post Title: Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Full-time, Term time only, for 6 months in the first instance, could become permanent
Salary: Scale Points 14-17- £18,657 - £19,623 (pro rata: £15,494 - £16,297)

Required as soon as possible, we are looking for someone with the personality and the skill set to seamlessly move from front of school to back of school team working. As one of our Receptionists, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone callers, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. When not working on the Reception desk, you will be required to undertake administrative tasks within any of our administration departments: General Office, Data and Exams, Finance as well as First Aid cover (training will be provided).

You will have good written, oral and mathematical skills and be a confident user of the range of Microsoft Office packages. You will also be flexible, well-organised, accurate and able to work under pressure. Experience in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
