We are recruiting for:
- 1 x Full time 12 month fixed term contract
- 1 x Part time 12 month fixed term contract

This is your chance to be instrumental in improving the lives of people in care homes and supported living settings. As a key member of our Care Quality Service Area, you will provide responsive and proactive advice and support to residential/nursing and supported living services in Barnet on complying with regulations and meeting essential quality and safety standards. You will enable providers to develop high quality services by ensuring that we act as a learning organisation and share best practice at all levels. It’s a chance to make an impact as you collaborate at all levels of the service area and with partner organisations to ensure positive outcomes.

Your experience in Health and Social Care management will include a specialism in at least one professional field - Regulatory bodies, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social work, Care homes/ Supported Living settings management, Pharmacy, Dietician, Health and Safety AND with at least one client group - older adults, learning disabilities, mental health or physical disabilities.

This post will require a qualification to a minimum of NVQ Level 3. Skilled in delivering high quality and cost-effective services in residential, nursing care and/or supported living settings, you will have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications and case management systems and knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Above all, you will need to bring a proven track record of service improvement.
