St Catherine’s is a warm, friendly and successful 2 form catholic primary school in the heart of Barnet. We have a large nursery and a year 5 bulge class and together with the provision of morning and evening wrap-around care we have a busy working environment.

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide an outstanding, customer-focussed service and to co-ordinate and oversee the day to day functioning of the main school office. Reporting to the Business Manager, this varied and challenging role includes a broad range of administrative and supervisory duties and is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

The role needs someone who is highly organised, really enjoys administration and has a great eye for detail. You will display well-honed communication skills and will be adept at dealing with people across diverse areas of the school community. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident enough to deal with a variety of challenges. With a focus on positivity, hard work and professionalism, you will want to help the school continue to flourish.

We welcome applicants with experience in areas outside of the education arena, as well as those who have worked in similar environments. A tour of the school is available to any applicants selected for interview, please arrange this with us. The role will commence as soon as possible. Please refer to the attached job specification for further role details.

Applications forms should be returned to the school via email to office@stcatherines.barnetmail.net

Closing date for receipt of application 19th February 9 a.m.

Interviews may be held prior to this date.

St Catherine's reserves the right to appoint prior to the closing date, so please do not delay in submitting your application.
