29.2 hours per week/Term Time only

We are keen to employ enthusiastic and caring adults to support students with SEND needs in the classroom and at unstructured times of the day.

Successful candidates will have an enthusiasm for teaching and learning and a keen interest in the academic progression of the young people that they support as well as the social, emotional and mental health needs of our students. In addition to supporting the teacher in the classroom, the candidate will also be required to work with small groups in SEND support.

We are looking for confident adults who are patient, creative and flexible. Furthermore, we will be seeking adults who have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with young people. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

This would be an ideal opportunity for postgraduate students wishing to progress to teacher training.
