We are looking for an exceptional HR/Office Manager to join the support team at The Totteridge Academy. If you are a dedicated, motivated and determined individual looking for an opportunity to make your mark in a school environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The Totteridge Academy joined United Learning in October 2016, after Ofsted judged the school as ‘requiring improvement’. The Academy has already started its journey of rapid improvement under new leadership and achieved its best ever GCSE results in August 2017.

As HR/Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the Academy’s HR systems and processes as well as the day to day operation of the office environment. You will manage a team of four people to ensure that an efficient and professional service is provided to meet the changing needs of the Academy.
A CIPD qualification and experience of working within a school environment is desirable. We are committed to developing our people and, as part of the largest group of academies and independent schools, can offer unrivalled opportunities for your professional development and career progression.

This is an exciting time to join The Totteridge Academy; if you share our high expectations and are passionate about making a difference then we look forward to receiving your application.

The Totteridge Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all who work at the school to share this commitment. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
