We are a primary school with a growing roll of 680 pupils. The original infant and junior schools were amalgamated in September 2014 to form Edgware Primary School. It is a community school, non-denominational, three-form, mixed gender entry, with over 38 languages spoken.

We are delighted to advertise this Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant role with responsibility for SEND. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated practitioner wishing to make a clear difference to the educational outcomes of our motivated and receptive pupils.

The candidate will support the Inclusion Lead to deliver small group intervention, liaise and advise on aspects of SEN; support staff in setting targets for SEN pupils; model practice; meet parents and attend professional’s meetings; to be accountable for the good progress for pupils with SEND; monitor, assess and report on interventions; day to day timetabling of staff; raise concerns about SEND children; to cover classes across the school as required.
