Are you someone who is passionate about working with children and families?

Do you really want to make a difference to children’s lives? If so this could be the job for you! You need to be a team player but also able to use your own initiative. You will need a knowledge of child development, be approachable and able to form good relationships with a wide range of people. You need experience of working with children and families – please make sure you look at the person specification for the full range of requirements and address these in your application.

The role is a varied one. You will be working individually with families and in community sessions with children and parents/carers.

The role is fixed term for one year in the first instance due to funding.

We would also be open to a secondment for a year – if you are applying as a secondee, please provide written confirmation that your current employer would, in principle, be willing to release you.
