Teacher for September 2018 or sooner for the Autism Resource Provision post April 2018
Salary: MPR (+ 1 SEN point if applicable and depending on experience, NQTs welcome to apply)

The successful candidate will need to:

• Share our values, in particular the desire to give our pupils a positive school experience
• Teach mixed ability classes to a very high standard in all areas of the curriculum
• Use their own initiative yet become an integral member of the teaching team
• Be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents
• Care pastorally and aim high academically for all pupils
• Autism specialist teachers (SEN trained or not welcome) - follow our core teaching principles of SCERTS and TEACCH – full training will be provided, you need the ability, empathy and mindset.
