We’re looking for an passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to join the Adults and Communities- Care Quality team. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support services including liaising with external providers and take the lead for support and maintenance of one or more business functions (business continuity, risk, performance data or health and safety)

Known for your efficient and flexible approach, you will have experience of operating office systems and working with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Able to work on your own initiative, you will also be skilled in providing administrative support. Including drafting correspondence, diary management, maintaining electronic filing systems, word processing, communication with the provider market, facilitating and co-ordinating various events run by the Care Quality team. Good organisational and time management skills and an enthusiastic, proactive approach both as an individual and as a team player is key for this role.
