Assistant SENDCo

Job Start: immediate/flexible start

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience MPR/UPR

Contract type: Part time one or two days (5.5 to 11 hours) per week

Contract term: Fixed term due to budgetary reasons (with a possibility of permanent position).

Frith Manor is a popular 3 form entry school with a Nursery situated in leafy grounds sited between Mill Hill East and Woodside Park (Northern Line)

We are looking for a part time assistant SENDCo to work with Early years and KS1 who:
• Is passionate about working with children and as part of a team
• Is a qualified teacher with experience working across the primary curriculum
• Has the NASENCO qualification or be willing to undertake the relevant training
• Has good understanding of the SEND code of practice
• Has experience in conducting assessment of learning needs and planning appropriate curriculum provision and interventions for pupils with SEND
